Responsibilities:- Annual update of the employee handbook
- Interpreting handbook policies and procedures for employees
- Assuring legal compliance in area of benefits by conducting internal HR audits
- Conducting compensation surveys, and producing key indicators for the recruitment program
Requirements:
- Must have a working knowledge of federal and state laws governing employment and benefits.
- Responsible for Looking for strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Must be self-directed, detail and process oriented, with strong problem solving and decision making skills.

- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience with Internet recruitment
- PHR Certification preferred
- Successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years Human Resources or related field experience.

Seeking a supervisor to oversee efficiency improvements, technical solutions and operational oversight for the Account Services Operations Department.
Responsibilities:- Providing supervision to Loan Analysts
- Reviewing and analyzing performance and supporting ongoing development
- Assist in developing enhancements and resolution of processing problems through project development
- Testing and implementation stages in area of operational accountability
Requirements:
- Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven supervisory skills highly recommended
- Requires strong time management and organizational skills, demonstrated creative problem-solving, initiative and self-motivation
- Successful project and workgroup management skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, analyze and interpret complex technical material
- Knowledge of education loan programs and financial operations and exposure to financial aid services/process preferred
- Two years professional experience in the field of banking, customer service, financial aid or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree highly recommended.
