Why do I need to provide my e-mail address when I create a myVSAC profile?
myVSAC is designed to provide you with information and services electronically. We will use your myVSAC e-mail address to send you e-mail messages to confirm your myVSAC registration and to provide you with myVSAC login assistance. In the future, we will use your myVSAC e-mail address to introduce new electronic informational services, such as college preparation newsletters, event announcements, and information to help you plan and finance higher education. You will have the option each time to discontinue receiving such informational e-mails.

If you have previously given VSAC a different e-mail address in connection with a grant, loan or scholarship account, we will use that e-mail address to send account-related information to you. If you want us to use your myVSAC e-mail address instead, you must tell us by contacting our Customer Relations department at address@vsac.org.

VSAC respects your privacy. We do not sell address lists. We do not use e-mail to request your social security number, VSAC account number, or myVSAC user id or password.
