4th Annual Vermont Professionals in Adult Learning Conference - Riding the Waves of Change in Adult Learning: Technology, Global Community, Legislation, and Survival. A FREE event sponsored by Vermont Professionals in Adult Learning with support from Vermont Student Assistance Corporation. Lunch will be provided. Guest Speaker: Dr. Steve Fadden, Director of Research for Landmark College and Director of the Landmark College Institute for Research and Training. A partial listing of the workshops being offered include: Blogs; Universal Design Instruction; Thinking Globally, Discussing Locally; Virtual Library Resources; Communication and Psychology in Adult Classroom; Participating in the Paradigm Shift; Metacognition; Wikis; Art and Basic Ed; The World is Flat; and Conflict Resolution.
