How it works

When you click the online account access link, you'll leave the public VSAC Web pages. A log-in screen appears. You'll need your Social Security number (or tax ID), and a PIN number. If you have an account but don't have a PIN number, click "Create Pin" in the upper right of the log-in screen, and you'll be guided through the process of obtaining a PIN.

If you wish to establish an account, enter your Social Security number (or tax ID) in the right-hand portion of the log-in screen. You'll be guided through the account registration process.

When entering your Social Security number, do not use dashes between strings of numbers.

Online assistance is available through the "Help" links at the upper right of the account access pages. You may return to the public VSAC Web pages at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each page.
