Important update for ’08-’09 Stafford, PLUS, and Graduate PLUS loan applicants
VSAC’s mission is to serve Vermonters and Vermont schools. VSAC loan applicants must be one or more of the following in order to obtain a VSAC loan:
- a Vermonter, or
- borrowing for attendance at a Vermont school, or
- an existing VSAC borrower
