vermont senior survey
VSAC has conducted a "Senior Survey" since 1978 to examine the plans of Vermont seniors after high school graduation.
Working with Vermont high schools, we conduct the study in two stages.
- During the spring of their senior year, students complete a questionnaire about their plans for careers and postsecondary education after graduation.
- A year later, we mail a questionnaire to the same students asking what they actually did after graduation — if they followed up on their plans, or did something else.
We publish the results of each survey separately.
You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the survey documents. Click here if you need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
The studies are lengthy (between 30 and 50 pages). Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, the download could take several minutes. Once you've downloaded and opened a document, you can move quickly to any part by clicking on specific sections in the Table of Contents. Or, you can use the Acrobat Reader tools to navigate through the document.
Contact the VSAC Research Department (800-642-3177, or info@vsac.org) with questions about the information in the documents.
