Customer Relations Counselor Job Code – VSAC 329
Entry level telephone customer service position (both inbound and outbound interactions) in a fast-paced environment with opportunity for growth. Respond to customer phone inquiries regarding loan repayment and delinquency resolution. This position requires prior customer service experience, excellent verbal communication skills, proficiency with computers and standard office software, accuracy, flexibility, organizational skills, facility with numbers, and the ability to problem solve. The successful candidate must also be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a demonstrated ability to learn and apply a significant amount and variety of complex information. Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of experience in a lending institution, customer service environment, or financial aid office preferred. Candidates with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish are a plus.

Financial Aid Services Analyst Job Code – VSAC 330
Research, evaluate, and process student aid information and financial adjustments. Position involves learning, applying, and staying current with complex federal and state financial aid regulations. Requires excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills, along with a demonstrated facility with numbers, and attention to detail. The successful candidate must also be well-organized, have excellent judgment, strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Prefer candidates who are proficient with Word, Excel and relational database programs. Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree and relevant financial experience preferred.
