Browser Settings: Please make certain JavaScript, Cookies and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is enabled for your browser. VSAC provides some help with these browser settings but we recommend checking with the maker of your Web browser for advanced settings.

Printing: Pages on our site are designed to be printer-friendly and fit standard, letter-sized paper.

Document reader software

Some longer documents (such as our brochures, reports and publications) posted on our Web site are stored as "PDF" (portable document files). Links to these documents are noted with (PDF). To access and view these documents you'll need the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader. This program is available as a free download from Adobe Systems Inc. at www.adobe.com. Links to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader are also provided on most of our Web pages that include links to PDF documents. If you already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, simply click the link to the document, and the publication will begin downloading.
