CUSTOMER RELATIONS COUNSELOR Job Code – HR312
Responsibilities:
- Telephone customer service position (both inbound and outbound interactions) in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding education financing, loan repayment and delinquency resolution, primarily over the phone.
Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, proficiency with computers and standard office software, reliability, accuracy, flexibility, organizational and keyboarding skills, facility with numbers, and the ability to problem-solve.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years experience in a lending institution, customer service environment or financial aid office preferred.
